USDA Loans Available for Youth

Loans are available to youth between 10 and 20 years old who live in a town of less than 10,000 people. This loan can be used for FFA and 4-H projects, to purchase livestock, equipment, supplies, tools or operating expenses for the project. The loan cannot exceed $5,000.00 and the interest rate is fixed at the time the loan is close. The interest rate for November 2007 is 4.75%. Repayment of the loan is individually tailored to the specific project.
